Shipping Methods

At “Jewels 4 Your Soul”, we make sure that the packaging and shipping of the products takes place daily and immediately to provide prompt service to you, unless you ask us to make a special piece of jewelry for you, in which case the shipment is made by arrangement.

Shipment is made via courier services directly to your door, in order to achieve the maximum combination of consistency, speed and safety.

Itemized billing:

The cost of transport is € 2.50 for all of Greece.

For orders above € 35  the shipment costs are free.

The cash-on-delivery process has an additional cost of € 2.90.

For orders above € 60, the cash-on-delivery cost is free.

Delivery time:

For orders placed until 14:00, departure occurs the same day.

Athens: Next business day.

Rest of Greece: Land and accessible destinations 1 to 3 business days.

Islands and remote areas: 2 to 5 business days.

We ask for your understanding regarding the delivery time, in case of force majeure or due to the application of special measures to contain the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Information regarding courier services:

There should be a bell with the name of the recipient or name that has been declared before sending the package in the comments of the order.

If they do not find you at your place, you may be asked to pick them up at your local Courier store.

Deliveries are made between 09:00 - 17:00.

This period, Couriers usually do not make calls, nor deliver by appointment.
