Returns – Changes of Product(s)
Order Cancellation
You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 days from the date you received it. More specifically: After receiving the product, the customer has the right to withdraw (under the Terms and Conditions provided by the provisions on consumer protection), i.e. fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt, returning the goods in their original condition (without having the special notes: labels/barcode removed). Return costs are borne by the customer.
In this case, we are
obliged to return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of
withdrawal the amounts paid by the customer, i.e. the value of the product, as
well as the initial shipping costs (but not any additional costs if the
customer had chosen a more expensive shipping method from the standard ones (e.g.
express or cash on delivery, delivery on Saturday or public holiday, etc.).
In case the product is
accompanied by a gift, it should also be returned with the product, also in
excellent condition as well as the forms that may accompany it.
You must first fill
out the return form located in the "Customer Service" section at the
bottom of the screen.
The return will be
accepted only after the approval of the Company.
The Company does not
bear any responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products from
their misuse and is not obliged in any case to replace them.
How to change a product

If it is
our mistake, the shipping costs will be borne by the Company.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
There is no withdrawal, and return is not allowed in the following
cases:

For
special orders (personal jewelry made according to the customer's specifications
or clearly personalized, by agreement - order).
·
For
jewelry modification at the request of the customer.
·
For any
damages caused during the opening of the product or due to misuse of the
product, for which the responsibility lies solely with the customer.
Refund
It will take place
within 14 business days at the latest, after receiving and checking the product
with a deposit in your account.
Refunds are for the
value of the products and the initial postage only and do not include any other
costs you have paid (e.g. refund postage).
In the case of a
special order (for the manufacture or modification of a product - jewelry at
your request), it is up to "Jewels4ys" to decide whether to accept
its return.
